Wet Hop Release Party + River’s Edge Bistro
Once a year we have the pleasure of brewing a beer with hops that were picked that same day! As usual, we turned to the wonderful people at Kinnickinnic Native Plants for their locally grown Centennial hops, which are added just after the boil and steeped for 15 minutes, giving the beer a fresh, green flavor. In addition to the Centennial wet hops, we chose Triumph and Idaho Gem hops for 50 IBUs in the boil, as well as dry-hopping in the conditioning tank.
