Balance is the key to our flagship Amber Ale. Munich and Caramel malts provide a solid backbone, while a moderate amount of Cascade hops lends a subtle herbal character. The robust copper color is complemented by a frothy white head that leaves a thick lacing on the glass.
BUBBLEJACK
AMERICAN IPA

We brewed this American IPA with a light body, which makes for a bright appearance and allows the various Yakima Valley hops to shine. Centennial and Cascade hops offer up a medley of citrus flavors with a medium bitterness giving way to a rather dry finish.

A refreshingly floral Pale Ale, Scenic is hoppy and fragrant. Copious amounts of late-addition Citra and Mosaic hops convey aromatics of grapefruit, apricot and soft pine. The result is a medium-bodied beer with minimal bitterness and a big hop aroma.

Please welcome the newest member of our Shandy family – Grapefruit. This beer was inspired by a friend’s visit to Arizona who returned with a bunch of fresh grapefruit. The natural citrus acidity cuts the sweetness of the malted barley creating a clean, crisp and slightly tart sparkling ale. This is another nice option for the dog days of summer.

Rush River Shandy is brewed to beat the heat. Whole lemons and local honey are the heart and soul of this sparkling all-natural ale. Light in body but big in flavor, Shandy pairs well with summertime or anytime.
DOUBLE BUBBLE
IMPERIAL IPA

This hop-whopper is the bigger brother to our Bubblejack IPA, as the multiple additions of Centennial and Cascade hops do the talking in this Double IPA. For this version we’ve nearly doubled the hops and added over two and a half pounds of local honey per barrel.
MINION
JUICY IPA
ABV 7%
An intensely hop-forward ale, Minion is brewed with six pounds of Mosaic and Simcoe hops per barrel. Only a handful of those hops are boiled in the kettle, while the vast majority are utilized post-boil in the whirlpool and conditioning tank. This technique gives the beer a dank and pungent aroma and flavor without the bitterness of a traditional IPA.

BERLINER WEISSE

Kirsche is our year-round fruited sour ale. It starts with a traditional Berliner Weisse grain bill consisting of half Pilsen and half White wheat malt before being rested in the boil kettle with lactobacillus. After fermentation, an infusion of tart cherry purée in the conditioning tank completes this sparkling, rose-colored beauty.

An ancient style from the Rhineland, Altbiers are ales that were virtually wiped out by European lagers in the 1800s. Über Alt is a much stronger version of the traditional Dusseldorf Altbiers. We ramp up the grain bill with Pilsen, Munich and Caramel malts to produce a rich, malt-forward German ale.

BERLINER WEISSE

Bursting with a fresh peach aroma, this tart and fruity ale pours a light straw color. With a bit of sweetness up front and a crisp, dry finish, a splash of this Berliner Weisse is an excellent choice for a cool, summery drink.
20th ANNIVERSARY
CASCADIAN DARK

In celebration of our old age, we brewed a Cascadian Dark Ale – aka Black IPA. This rare style is dark in color with hints of chocolate and roasted malts. To balance the bold body, it is topped off with 70 IBUs of Cascade, Centennial and Mosaic hops in the boil and a hop ton of dry hops in the conditioning tank.
PHAZE 13
HAZY IPA

Phaze 13 Hazy IPA features a new experimental hops variety called HBC 630. These hops have been described as having characteristics of sweet berries along with hints of creamy banana and peach. A blend of Talus, Idaho Gem and Triumph round out the hops bill. Meanwhile, rolled oats and White wheat malt lay down a soft, pillowy body for this medley of fruity flavors to float on.

CHOCOLATE OATMEAL STOUT

Nevermore sits at the crossroads of Oatmeal, Foreign Extra and American Stouts. Along with generous portions of Chocolate and Black malts, rolled oats contribute a smooth creaminess while the addition of premium cocoa makes this a very approachable Stout. Think dark roast coffee and chocolate cake.
ARISE
BARRELED-AGED IMPERIAL STOUT

Birth, death and rebirth – that is the cyclical nature of things. Like the Phoenix rising from the ashes, this barrel-aged Imperial Stout is born from an 18-month rest in the blackened, charred interior of a Bourbon barrel. The body of this mythical beast has Roasted barley, Black and Chocolate malts at its core. The extensive barrel-aging process lends a warming Bourbon nose and gives this bold beer a silky-smooth mouthfeel and finish. Enjoy this while you can because when it is gone it will not return until it rises again.
LOST ARROW (NITRO)
PORTER
ABV 5%
A traditional English Porter, the Lost Arrow imparts a toasty malt aroma with a mild ‘roastiness’ highlighted by notes of toffee and chocolate. Though dark and complex, the mouthfeel is surprisingly light with a fairly dry finish and has a nice creamy texture being a nitro pour.
