Phaze 11 Release Party + River’s Edge Bistro

Phaze 11 Hazy IPA features new hops called Talus, which are the result of a hybrid pollination of Sabro hops and open pollination. The aroma of Talus has been described as “intense flavors of citrus, flowers, and wood… with grapefruit, stone fruit, oak, coconut and pine.” Meanwhile, rolled oats and white wheat malt lay down a soft, pillowy body for this medley of fruit flavors to float on. Also hit up the Bistro for food to compliment this beauty. They will begin serving @ 3:30 pm.
