Firkin Friday: Piña Colada Blonde Ale + Benny’s Bigfoot BBQ

We will be tapping a special cask of 19th Anniversary Ale infused with pineapple and coconut @ 3 pm. A firkin is a small keg in which the fermented base beer gets an additional shot of yeast and sugar (we use a small amount of honey) creating a secondary fermentation and carbonation. It will sit up on the bar and slightly warm up to a cellar temperature. The result is a smooth, creamy ale bursting with fresh, fruity goodness. Benny’s Bigfoot BBQ from 4-8 pm.
