We will be tapping a special cask of The Unforgiven Amber infused with Toasted Southern Pecan coffee @ 3 pm. A firkin is a small keg in which the fermented base beer gets an additional shot of yeast and sugar (we use a small amount of honey) creating a secondary fermentation and carbonation. It will sit up on the bar and slightly warm up to a cellar temperature. The result is a smooth, creamy ale bursting with fresh, malty goodness. Taquería Los Paisanos serving food from 4-8 pm.
