Firkin Alert: Double Bubble IPA

We will be tapping a special cask of Double Bubble IIPA infused with Galaxy hops  @ 3 pm. A firkin is a small keg in which the fermented base beer gets an additional shot of yeast and sugar (we use a small amount of honey) creating a secondary fermentation and carbonation. It will sit up on the bar and slightly warm up to a cellar temperature. The result is a smooth, creamy ale bursting with fresh, hoppy goodness.
