Wet Hop Release + Taquería Los Paisanos

This year’s annual wet hop ale features 100% Chinook hops. Chinook has been around for a while and is a great all-around, dual-purpose hop which can be used in all phases of the brewing process. In addition to the in-house Chinook hop pellets we used during the boil and in the conditioning tank for dry-hopping, we also whirlpooled 50 pounds of freshly picked Chinook whole cone hops from St. Croix Valley Hops to complete this unique seasonal offering.
