Infusion Showcase: Blueberry Berliner Weisse + Taquería Los Paisanos

Please welcome the newest member to the fruited sour family. Our friend Andrew from White Pine Berry Farm provided us with a bunch of fresh blueberries, so we figured we’d throw them on our Base Berliner Weisse and see what happens. The result is a sparkling purple beverage with a hint of sweet blueberry on the nose and pallet, finishing with a dry tartness. Taquería Los Paisanos inside 4-8 pm.
