Firkin Friday: Vanilla Hazelnut Coffee Porter + Taquería Los Paisanos

A firkin is a small keg in which the fermented base beer gets an additional shot of yeast and sugar (we use a small amount of honey) creating a secondary fermentation and carbonation. It will sit up on the bar and slightly warm up to a cellar temperature. Today we will be tapping a Lost Arrow Porter infused with Vanilla Hazelnut Coffee @ 3 pm. As always, the great team at Taquería Los Paisanos will be there from 4-8 pm to feed your need.
