A firkin is a small keg in which the fermented base beer gets an additional shot of yeast and sugar (we use a small amount of honey) creating a secondary fermentation and carbonation. It will sit up on the bar and slightly warm up to a cellar temperature. This week we will be tapping a keg of our Phaze 13 Hazy IPA dry-hopped with Talus hops. As always, the great team at Taquería Los Paisanos will be there from 4-8 pm to feed your need.
