Firkin Friday: Oktoberfest + River’s Edge Bistro
Today we will be tapping a firkin of our newest creation, the Rush River Oktoberfest. By adding a dose of honey to the finished product we allow a secondary fermentation to create natural carbonation. This results in a super soft palate and finish!
