Eau de Vie Release

This unique beer is based on a cocktail called a Sidecar, which features Brandy, orange liqueur and lemon juice. We start with a high gravity Blonde ale, then infuse it with 2 pounds per barrel of fresh oranges and lemons before aging it in Brandy barrels. On tap and 750 ml wax-dipped bottles to go.
