6th Annual Firkin Fest

Firkins are a small keg in which the beer naturally conditions through a secondary fermentation process which creates a mellow, creamy carbonation. We will be tapping a few of these rare beauties at noon. Line-up: 18th Anniversary Flanders Red with plum, Minion Juicy IPA with HBC 586 dry hop, Double Bubble DIPA with tangerine, and Tattersall Rye Bourbon barreled Unforgiven Amber with toasted southern pecan coffee. Up-In Smoke food truck will be slinging the goods from 1-6 pm!
