Barrel Aged Über Alt Release + Taquería Los Paisanos

We welcome you to stop in and take a taste of an old favorite. We were able to get our hands on a few wet, recently-emptied Rye Whiskey barrels from our friends and neighbors at Tattersall Distilling so we fill up two of them with Über Alt. Über is a great base beer to age in oak barrels, as the rich, caramel malt body picks up notes of maple and vanilla as well as a warming booziness. Welcome back Barreled Über. This unique offering will be on tap as well as to-go in 750 ml wax-dipped bottles. Taquería Los Paisanos inside from 2-7 pm. Happy Valentine’s Day!
